Salary can only manage the disease of poverty.
It can never cure it.
Only your own business can cure poverty.
People point to high paying jobs like footballers, pilots and doctors.
Many people misunderstand poverty. Poverty is not only about money.
If another man controls your time, you are poor, even if you earn much.
Your time on Earth is blowing by fast.
You can always make more money, however, you can NEVER make more time.
Therefore, when another man controls your time, because of the salary he pays you, you are being deceived to think you are rich when in fact you are poor!
I can decide on a whim to go to ANY country on Earth.
That is not just possible because God has blessed me with money and one of the more powerful passports on Earth (please, I am not attacking the ‘local’ or, if you don’t like that word, ‘homegrown’ passport)
It is principally because I have my own business. If you don’t control your time, you are poor.
